New Build Season: New CNC

By: Derek Rusher

For this build season, the team ordered a new CNC from Velox CNC. It is a VR 5050 CNC, and it will be used to cut out our gussets, belly ban, etc, for the robot. Our team has prepared old and new members alike with a rigorous training schema. We are incredibly excited to have seen this year's prompt: FIRST Powered Up! We spent the first day of build season building field elements, and the successive weeks on CAD and Design. We currently have two fully operating drive trains for both a practice and competition robot, along with 2 mechanisms for one robot.
